Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using slopz.io or any game we operate from it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

2. The service

Slopz is a portal for browser games: some are hosted and operated by us directly (currently "Tutorial Simulator" and any game served from a slopz.io subpath), and some are links out to games hosted on other sites. We provide the service "as is" and may add, remove, or change games and features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

4. Accounts

You can sign in with Google or play as an unauthenticated guest. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account or session, and for keeping your Google account secure — we don't store your Google password. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms.

Chat messages and other content you submit remain yours, but by sending them you grant us a license to transmit, display, and store them as needed to operate the room/chat feature they were sent in. Don't send anything you don't have the right to share.

7. Third-party games & links

Some games listed on slopz.io open on a different site we don't operate (for example titles linked to crazygames.com). We don't control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites — check their own terms and privacy policy before using them.

8. Advertising

Some games we operate show ads served by Google Ad Manager to help keep them free. Ad content is selected and served by Google; we don't control or vouch for individual ads. See our Privacy Policy for how ad personalization consent works.

9. Our intellectual property

The Slopz name, site design, and the games we author ourselves are our property (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, redistribute, decompile, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slopz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, progress, or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount (if any) you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms or misused the service. You can stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This doesn't remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence, such as EU/UK consumer protections, which continue to apply where applicable.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the update.
